This is a small country church where the gospel is faithfully and passionately preached weekly, men and women are being discipled for Christ, their message is regularly shared with neighbors in the community through deeds of love and words of truth, and in the world through its support for and participation in the mission of their denomination the Advent Christian General Conference as expressed in the gospel of Matthew 28:19-20..
They hold to the final and absolute authority and inerrancy of Scripture and look forward to the imminent return of their Lord Jesus Christ. They are to be distinguished from more traditional denominations in their recognition of the Scriptural teaching of the doctrine of man's conditional immortality (Rom 2:7; 1 Cor 15:53-54; 1 Tim 6:16, 2 Tim 1:10) and have endured sanctions because of it. They have recently been instrumental in the launching of another church plant and have a vision for planting numerous other church congregations in the near future.
As is the case with most every congregation that has existed for over 100 years it has experienced various stages of growth, but has persevered faithfully and presently appears to be in a period of renewal.Added June 11, 2017 by Kcl N
